I’ve decided to put NassauHotels.com on the market with a price of $25,000. When people plan a vacation in the Bahamas, most of them specifically plan to visit Nassau. The international airport in Nassau services large jets from many of the leading airlines, include JetBlue, Continental, American, and US Airways.
There are many hotels and resorts in Nassau at all price ranges. A few of the more popular hotels in Nassau include:
- Atlantis Resort
- Graycliff Hotel
- Wyndham Nassau Resort
- Sheraton Nassau Beach Resort
- One & Only Ocean Club
According to the Google Adwords Keyword Tool, the global exact match search volume for “Nassau Hotels” shows as 110,000, reflective of last month. Hotels.com lists 32 hotels when you use Nassau, Bahamas as the search term.
I realize that I could use NassauHotels.com in conjunction with my new Bahamas website, but I would prefer to sell the domain name rather than to undertake another project. Additionally, I can do the same thing on my website, although it is less targeted.
My recommendation would be to build out a website with information on Nassau and to use a hotel booking engine like WC Travel or Ian.com to book reservations. With hotel rooms going for over $1,000 a night at The Cove at Atlantis, there would be some good commissions to earn.
