Howard Nelson Brady (pictured) has submitted its defense ( 20 pages ) to the lawsuit filed by SnapNames and its parent company Oversee.net concerning bid-rigging .
Brady admits some of Oversea claims, but claims that he acted alone and that no other employee knew his modus operandi.
User acknowledges that he used fraudulent Hank Alvarez to raise the bids and to refund money when he won the auction. Brady said he was willing to repay this money ($ 175,000) even before they were sued.
Yet he says that the primary objective of using the account domains Halvarez for him was to not increase the income of SnapNames.
