Yes. CO Internet SAS accept the application and will accept these terms for the development of the domain. The domain is transferred to the applicant for two years (in the case of premium domains can be longer).
The applicant having launched the project specified in the domain and have satisfactorily completed the period of transfer of the domain in accordance with the Plan. Co Founders (Section 3), may register through a Registrar and became officially the owner of the domain.
